Resolved: To cancel mwmbership
- - Her husband was a longtime member who recently died.
- - She didnt want to join, faced a 4995 fee after five days, and emailed Eric with no reply.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They very kindly explained the "membership" and how it worked.
They assured me that I would not be charged. The gentleman I emailed with was very helpful
