Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Replaced new modem with ANOTHER new modem...the first replacement was a bad modem.
When a company is too busy to call back the tech support for a Bank to get a branch without Internet up and running again... I'd say that company is pretty much worthless!!! Ststaysy

Verified ReviewerProviding phone service to scammers
- - I got a scam robo-call and checked the carrier around 6:30 PM.
- - They market themselves as a universal platform for global enterprise communications.
I never even heard of this company before 6:30 P.M. earlier tonight, when I received a scam robo-call and looked up the carrier.
From their website: "The universal platform for global enterprise communications"
Read: They sell phone service to other countries, which are then used by scammers to harass Americans from safely outside of our jurisdiction. Literally none of these phone scams would be possible without companies like this selling the service to India, Pakistan, and the Philippines.
- I get harassing calls because they sell the service to scammers
Preferred solution: I would like them to stop providing any phone service to other countries which can be used to call U.S. numbers.
User's recommendation: Keep track of the scam calls and SUE THE CARRIERS.
