Question about payment
No one emailed me back or answered the phone! I just wanted to know if I could upgrade my account with a prepaid card!

Was in my old account and I did mot notice that in that old account I did not subscribe but now the issue has disappeared

I'm trying to resubscribe
Can someone please call me at 941-565-****? I tried to call you guys and the phone line was busy. Please call me as soon as possible.

Business question.
My main complaint is that after subscribing to Bandmix, twice , over a period of about 2 1/2 years - with some success- (i e. I was able to make some musician contacts), i decided to drop the service - mainly to avoid monthly charge.
I believe i emailed a request to discontinue service about 6 weeks ago - but without Bandmix response.
When i tried to expedite matters by calling on phone, i was unable to get an answer - either keep ringing or busy signal.
I believe Bandmix could be more useful if a subscriber could know how recent a last post was made by another musician. (Lists how long a member, but that doesn"t tell if any subsequent interest or searches.)
Also, if could actually narrow geographically what comes up to, say, 15 miles, a lot of time could be saved having to view and by-pass musicians who are too far away.
Additionally, songwriting and interest in originals could be listed.

Password issue
I couldnt get help in changing my password. Called the company (from UK to US) and there was no answer.
Requesting a link to reset password never arrives regardless how many times you try to request it on Bandmix website. Nightmare experience!

Password issue
Couldnt get through to any customer service agents. The Forgot password icon on login page says they will send email to reset password and the email never arrived. Very unhappy with this company

..I signed up for a monthly membership , but was charged for a yearly membership, I've called 7 times, two call back, I've emailed 4 times , no response, this is unacceptable, and would not recommend this service to anyone, the customer service to terrible...and it needs help. all I want is someone to call me back
