Missing ebike

E-bike was not delivered. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone or email. Very bad customer service, and we are very disappointed and out $2600.

You could call me and let me know that you are going to ship me my battery that I have been making payments on! You might also give me a discount considering how bad your company's service has been!

User's recommendation: This is a good company with great products, I have had my Bandit Forerunner for over a year and a half and I have put over 2500 miles on this bike with no service problems at all!! I just want them to ship my battery to me!!
