Need information about a gain my pre-ordered
I pre-ordered a game back in June. It comes out in October. I was trying to see if they took the money from my account already because I had a they did it when I first pre-ordered and they sent the money right back but then just recently they took the money again a couple of days ago so Im trying to make sure that they have the money because I have a new card and I dont have that bank anymore no funds in that account
