todo lo que he pedido es que entiendan que la aplicacion de bancolombia no es aceptada en mi teleofono, pues este usa un sistema operativo muy viejo. tanto telefono es viejo cono el sistema operativo y la app del bancolombia solo incluyo sistemas op y telefonos de los ultimos anos. Por lo tanto pedi que restablenan mi cta como estaba para volver a recibir la clave dinamica a mi correo ana.it.engineer@***.com ya el tiquete ha subido 200 dolares desde que le solocite supolrte a bancolombia y que soluciones el problema para yo poder pagar el tiquete y viajar a colombia el primero de noviembre

I was blocked from sending money online. I am an American and I do not speak much Spanish.
At bankcolomia no one spoke English so it was very hard to comunícate with them. The woman even refused to use my translator so I could understand her.

PGR_2023_97**** 1010**** envie toda la documentacion Marzo 27/2023 aun no recibo siquiera un correo electronico de cortesia.
He llamado varias veces me dejan en la linea esperando 45 minutos.
Hoy finalmente me respondieron que no se ha procesado mi solicitud dizque tienen muchas solicitudes en proceso. Por favor esas son excusas sin razon demostrando falta de etica, respeto y mediocridad
