I've always had great experiences with Bananas. They try so hard and for a solid 50 year + Indy business they navigate the retail madness world pretty amazing.
They have to please customers while juggling some of the dumbest manufacturers in the world, all at super low margins and price compression by online stores, while going above and beyond in service. They are all real working musicians and teachers, and I respect that more than online desk jockies with fake profiles.
