AI Highlights
  • - Order arrived quickly; scents were pleasant.
  • - Face breakout after 3–5 days; discontinue advised.
  • - Return requests ignored; 30-day window; paid over $200.

Dont bI was very happy with my order speed, customer services timely response and the smells of the products. I loved how them made my skin feel also, however, my face is very sensitive and after about 3-5 days of using the product my face broke out very badly, and painfully.

I discussed with my esthetician and also my dermatologist and once reviewing the breakout, they both agreed I should discontinue. Customer service was quick, and so kind *BUT THEN* when I mentioned a return, they cut off all contact and stopped responding. I have since messaged several times and still no response. Now keep in mind, they only give you 30 days.

So here I am following up daily with no response, if this goes over 30 days, whose fault is that!!! Certainly not mine. Pissed is an understatement. I trusted them and paid over $200 for my order.

My FREE gifts never even made the order, just the kit itself. Which I didnt care much about before, but now Im wondering, do they rip everyone off or was it just me. I had high hopes, but now Ive lost all faith in this company.

And to me thats really sad, because I always like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Anyone else experience this??
