Bamboo Airways

Today, I had a disappointing experience at the Bamboo Airways check-in counter at Nha Trang airport. My flight was

QH1416 to Hanoi leaving at 17:30.

I was next in line to be helped, but I was not acknowledged with a greeting, a nod, or even eye contact. While I waited, three people cut in front of me. When I spoke up about this, none of the Bamboo Airways staff acknowledged my concernthey simply ignored me. One staff member looked at me and then looked away, as if I wasnt worth acknowledging.

After a fourth person bumped into me while passing, I spoke up again.

The staff member responded that the family had 12 people and I needed to wait. However, the family was not readyeight of them were not in line when they began the check-in process, and several had to rearrange their luggage to meet weight requirements, causing further delays.

I believe your staff could have acknowledged me, shown some verbal sympathy for my experience, or at least informed me that my wait would be longer or that I might want to change lines. Any of these actions would have made a big difference. Instead, ignoring me and not addressing the situation felt very disrespectful.

In my three years living in Vietnam and my many flights with your airline, I have never experienced this before.

I thought my age would have warranted some consideration.

Please look into your staffs behavior at the airport. Sometimes, we all need encouragement to treat each other with basic decency.
