Bought an expensive Balenciaga card holder. After 3 months- it started to shred which is absolutely ridiculous especially given the price point. was given no resolution--- they did not try to rectify the issue or anything. No refund no exhange. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Received a Dolci skirt mark incorrectl size. No sale slip included I have been shopping on line cettire etc. your website doesnt mention a return in not set to Las Vegas but Milan on my dime. Terrible service. Incomplete paperwork etc. I will never use you again. All your comments are negative !!! Therefore you lost me !!!
