I never placed an order but they charged my card. I tried contacting them on every platform possible and they just ignored me.
I would avoid at all costs. After having this issue I also have found nothing but negative reviews about them.

Terrible.
I didn't like the product then had to jump through hoops to get the store credit as there is no direct way to get to customer service. I will never order through this company again-absolutely not worth it!!

You can only get a store credit. They make retuning the item a nightmare.
There is no customer service or phone number.
Tried to return to Fed X and the label or code could not be used. I will purchase another dress because of the credit if I ever get it but after that never again

there is nothing about this company that fits anything in that statement... made in china clothing maybe a step above SHEIN and they don't care at all about their customers...
only contact is thru the website or email and it's all BOT replies...
the only real person is the one who will immediately post to these negative reviews
i only wish you could address customers w such care...
purchase at your own risk and hope u love it because u will be out the money
if your savvy enough to navigate the failing return portal (seriously just give us an address) u will maybe have store credit to buy something else but no one at baltic born really cares what u do... they have your $ and you are NOT empowered in any way

Ridiculous “ return “ policy
Theres no rerun , only a credit . I do not like anything on the site enough to spend $100, so I will have to buy a *** item I dislike or be out the ).
Terrible way to do business, I will never purchase from this site nor recommend to anyone I know ! Way to lose a ton of customers!!!

This is a complete scam of a website that is located in utah. (doubt it)
They love ship to items and lose it while shipping, then have no customer service and claim it is your fault it is lost...
If you like to throw money into the wind, purchase from them!
I ordered to St. Thomas and the items were delivered to PR.
Notified them (like a normal thing id do) and they told me its not their problem... Better off purchasing from a legitimate company with an actual storefront.

Mailed an order which I cancelled.
I ordered a dress online and didn't realize it had glitter. A friend of mine ordered the same dress and stated that there ended up being more glitter on the floor than the dress.
I didn't want glitter all over my house so I cancelled the order.
A day later it is shipped. Apparently they don't read email.

Did a return and never got a credit. They continue to lead you on saying that my code will arrive in a separate email and the email never comes.
Its annoying that you can't reach a live person. can only reach them by email and they are all automated emails. Not personal to help you.
