I thought this was the answer for me. I bought a Frazier fir flip tree. The first one the lights didn't work. I was required to "trouble shoot" with multiple people. Yeah. Tree doesn't work. They were going to send me a new bottom. NO. NO. NO. OK ....DONATE the tree to a non profit and give us a receipt and we will mail you a new tree. The second one was a disaster. Easy to store. Just received tree lights not working. I have to ship it back to them and wait for it to be credited before they ship out a new one. This is not an easy task to packet this thing back in a box and get it to fedex no credit adjustment for the effort and frustration

Beware when you order from Balsam Hill!!! I purchased 6 wreaths and they came in 3 boxes and their policy is $10 per box to return. They are charging me $60. Balsam Hill is making money off of you, so be careful when you order from them. When you order wreaths they're a lot smaller than measurements. Customer Service is like a recorded message when you talk with them.
