It's almost Christmas ans still no fickin' tree

Ordered my Xmas tree 2 weeks ago. Yes, a little late I know but I was in hospital. The website promised delivery by 12.12. its now the 17th and no sign of our tree. I ordered several other items at the same time. They have all been delivered ... ( separately) but no tree. My 4 year old daughter is beside herself and wants to decorate a tree like all of her friends. Initially customer service number just rang out but now it won't even connect. E-mailing customer services results in an automated reply saying, due to unforeseen circumstances it will take 48 hours to respond. I can only assume that their customer service team have contracted ebola. I am so disjointed. If they do not have the items in stock then they should not allow customers to order them.

Appalling company

These crooks have left hundreds of UK customers without a Christmas Tree. They are failing miserably to honour their commitment to dispatch within one day. Tracking numbers are provided to customers though the goods don't make it as far as the courier. Customers are wasting many hours trying to contact them. To top it all they are still taking orders and offering a one day dispatch. Their owner/founder Mac Harman appears to be skiing somewhere, with our money, whilst plenty of children are wondering why there is no tree and Mummy is upset. Looking at social media there has been a similar situation in prior years, so this lot clearly couldn't care less. Please don't be a victim,avoid Balsam Hill and get a your tree elsewhere.
