Ballys casino resort took my money and wheni tried to mediately cancel I couldn't because nobody answered the phone
I live in Shreveport Louisiana and I went to reserve a room for myself and my girlfriend at ballys in Shreveport as I was makining reservations for some stupid reason I was sent to the Dover Bally's unbenonced to me I paid for two nights and only after I paid that's when I noticed the change of venue from Shreveport to dover .I tried unsuccessfully to cancel or get a refund I never got to talk to a live person and was constantly looped back around to the start finally I gave up I just want my money back.
After all that I was able to get a room at Bally's in Shreveport but was so pissed angry that I was not taken care of that I just simply didn't check in at Bally's in Shreveport I would like to get all my money back used my debit card so there is a paper trail can somebody please treat me like a human being and do something about this conundrum wouldn't recommend anyone to bally's casino resort
