Resolved: Difficulty logging in
I was not receiving the 6-digit authentication code after entering my username and password. I succeeded after rebooting everything.
Other sites remember me. This site seeks two-factor authentication every time I log in.
What a pain! Overall, no major complaints.

Do not qualify for VIP withdrawal
I need to withdraw my money, and due to having bad credit and calling the support number, it says I do not qualify for the VIP.

I apologize in my incorrect rating of bad... there wasn't a terrible option to choose which is truly the rating deserved here. I spoke with an agent in the am while my account was still locked and explained that I was wanting to get it unlocked by 8am because I had a potential referral lined up for the refer a friend bonus... the agent said nothing to me indicating that the referral promo had ended and I was not able to see this information since I couldn't log into my account.
As soon as you unlocked my account I proceeded to refer my friend and had him sign up with the promise he would be getting a bonus also after signing up, depositing $10, and wagering. After he completed the steps I checked my account to find no bonus awarded. I contacted support who now, after we had already completed all the steps, told me "oh yea, that promo ended almost a month ago". So I explained the situation as I'm detailing it now, and was basically told too bad so sad.
I guess nobody considers all the referrals I had already previously brought to you and the fact that it took you a month to verify my documents when it says 48 hours online.
I'm going to copy this review here and start posting it to as many reviews sites I can possibly find. If you are going to be that cheap to me then brand new players need to be warned and told not to sign up and to probably deposit elsewhere.
