They are the worst in the GTA market
They are the worst in the GTA market, they do not hold their promises. Even when you make some upgrades there is no guarantee that your choices will be respected. They are also very rude on the phone.Never

Need people to know this building and property management are horrible
We are renting a condo/stacked townhouse in Oakville
This unit you can hear every noise from the people upstairs from walking on there hardwood flooring to literally hearing them going to the washroom to singing loud as I sit on my sofa.
I have brought this matter to the attention of property management but they dont care. I would not pay any money to purchase From ballantry homes.

Beware of Ballantry Homes Scam
Purchased a home from ballantry homes. I spent over $18,000 in upgrades.
They did not install the kitchen backspash that I chose/
They didn't istall the laminate that I chose. They didn't install the ceramics that I chose. They didn't install the granit counter tops that I chose. And they didn't install the upgrade shower head.
What they did install was what they chose. Which was the cheaper quality and they told me that everything they installed was what I chose. This is worst home builder to purchase a home from. They don't care what the customer has to say.
They are always right, when they are wrong. They are the biggest scammers in the Home builders business. The work is very cheaply done.
They put one nail to hold the corner moulding on the kitchen cabinet.
They Installed a cracked washroom tub, and a crack mirror in the other washroom. They left a big gap between the garage door frame and the brick wall.

Ballantry homes offers the worst after sale service. Head office refuse to even take calls from their customers or aknowledge their concerns.
staff are so arrogant and rude. All construction decisions are made by one east indian guy called Sam Rupp whom walks around as if he\s got a stick up his ***. zero knowledge of construction.
Highly involved in bribery to get building permits approved.%D%ATo make is short and easy for you avoid this company at all cost or else once you sign the sales agreement from that point forward everything will change. You will be treated like garbage.
Good thing I read this, I almost went with these guys for my build too. Is there any builders recommended instead??
I should have caught on earlier. One guy would review my plans and help me make changes, while another would go behind him and scrap the changes. He sited code reasons. I asked to see the codes for myself and was met with refusal and some crazy attitude.
I wasn't trying to insult the guy, and I conveyed that, saying I just wanted to see with my own eyes why my personal requests for MY future home weren't going to be met.
I could have moved on and made changes in accordance to code, but now I am glad to say I will just move on completely if they are a bad decision to begin with. Thank you.

Hmmmm... sounds very fishy to me.
Did you fill out your Tarion forms and submit them on time ?? Tarion will actually help you if upgrades which were part of your APS were not actually installed if of course it was too late in the construction cycle to install them.
