Horrible just terrible
Be AWARE this dealership will try to scam you and they will state they have incentives, but instead will offer you thousands less for your trade-in. Really liked a Chevy truck which was MSPR $47,000 with Chevy's incentive -$4,000 off and Blaise's incentive another -$4,000 off bringing the price to $39,000...I was trading in a 2012 Tacoma SR5 double cab clean (like new) with only 37,000 miles. Book trade-in ranged from $25,000 to $26,000 at a dealership. Chevy Balise offered me $22,000 while other local dealerships came in at exactly $25,000. That's $3,000 under book value, blue book, Internet, you name it...once I mentioned I was being low balled the seller stated "we can take $2,000 off from the balise incentive and add it to your trade in"...I just got up and walked away while he was talking. They will scam you if you aren't aware what your trade-in is worth. Shop around you'll be glad you did and what ever you do..DON'T let them run your credit, sign any paperwork until numbers are agreed on. I won't ever set foot on their property ever again.

Poor customer service for a simple oil change.
I brought my 2012 car into Balise Chevrolet in Springfield MA for a routine oil change appointment that was scheduled for 10:30am. The service rep told me I could pick it up by noon. When I came back to pick it up (at 1:30), it wasn't ready. I didn't get my car back until 3pm. A professional service operation would have called the customer to let them know that there was a delay. That didn't happen. I wish I could say that this was my first experience like this at Balise for a simple oil change. I can tell you it will be the last time they will have the opportunity to treat me like that. If they can't manage something as simple and routine as an oil change, why would a customer ever go back???
Balise Chevrolet; worst employer ever
i worked at Balise Chevrolet for a bit; and NEVER have i worked for such a disorganized train wreck in my life! service management is controlled by nothing but money; instituting the so called "wallet flush" to every customer that comes in the door; allowing absolutely NO accountability to ANYONE employed there for any errors, mistakes, etc.....left there in total frustration against their philosiphy:" A place where people will want to come to work" i can't imagine how anyone could possibly return there as a customer. Mr Balise really needs to spend more time at his stores and see how poorly things are run.
