Balise Auto Group
They don't stand behind there agreements
- They fixed the camera but not the monitor due to cost.
- They gave a misleading options list and wouldn't adjust the price or provide a second key.
When purchasing an used Kia Soul they agreed to fix the back up camera, which they replaced the camera after multiple runarounds they would not fix the the monitor which was part of the camera due to cost of the the unit .along with misleading an list of options on the vehicle and then just passing it off as an mistake when all there used vehicles were all misleading list of options that they did not have. They would not adjust the price due to the list they said the list of options were what it could have ,they also gave up an stink about giveing an second key because they would have to order it an would cost them money .
- Sale staff bounced me all around

Fake Auto scams or any other kinds, I think everybody should check Scam Detector, an app that Apple released recently. They have hundreds and hundreds of scams exposed, in several industries. For those interested, the app has an online presence as well: www.scam-detector.com
Balise doesn't have any stores in Westfield, MA and I've never seen any "key scams" from them. I think Bertera does this stuff though (no affiliation with Balise). Check your mail again.
