BAD UPDATE - We have just learned that the Tri-Party "Escrow Agreement" between RSA Funding (borrower), Balimo Investments AG (Lender) (http://wihag.eu/) & PROMIS@***e Sarl ("Escrow Agent" - Ms. Caterina Dr.
Berbenni-Rehm, Founder and CEO of PROMIS@***e Sarl - https://www.promis.eu/eu/) has been violated.
RSA Funding's $250,000 escrow was taken in by PROMIS@***e Sarl on 7/8/2015 and was paid out to Balimo Investments AG.
Escrow was illegally broken when funds left the escrow account of PROMIS@***e Sarl and were sent to Balimo Investments AG.
According to the "Escrow Agreement", funds were to be held at all times by the "escrow agent" and not to be released to the Lender - Balimo Investments AG Switzerland.

The "Escrow Agent" no longer has the funds in their escrow account. We were advised that our $250,000 was sent directly to Balimo Investments AG which is in complete violation of the escrow agreement.
The "Escrow Agreement" maintains that funds in the escrow account MUST stay in that account until either of the two: (1) Default by Lender - This has happened. Balimo Investments AG HAS NOT funded our transaction; or (2) The transaction is funded and then within 72 hours, the escrow funds are to be retuned to the borrower.
The "Escrow Agent" is under the impression that they were used and defrauded by Balimo Investments AG.
This situation has become extremely problematic for both the "Escrow Agent" & Balimo Investments AG.
Update - Mr Ásbjörn Gosta has changed his Skype number. It appears that Balimo Investments is certainly fraudulent
We are in current discussions now with Balimo Investments AG And Jerome Cedric to settle this "misunderstanding" between the parties. We are very hopeful that this "misunderstanding" can be brought to conclusion as soon as possible.
We are grateful that the people at Balimo Investments AG are working diligently with RSA to work out our disagreements.
Our company, RSA Funding, LLC sent escrow in the amount of $250,000 over 30 days ago for business financing to Balimo Investments AG and we have since been ignored after their receipt of our funds.
They haven't closed our loan nor have they refunded our escrow deposit. We just continue to get the "run-around" from their personnel and are constantly told "24 hours". This was 24 hours almost three weeks ago and we are very concerned that Balimo Investments might not be forthcoming with all pertinent information.
Does anyone know if Mr Jerome Cedric is still involved with Balimo Investments Ag? He was listed on the Escrow Agreement as the point of contact for the Lender.
All we request is that our loan be funded in the good faith that we negotiated early on with the folks at Balimo Investments AG.
