Bad because they came for Amazon no recourse for me sizing!!!

I have bought this style before and hand washed them often. The old ones are perfect.
In May or June, I ordered 4 style #1009. These new ones are cut much smaller. The bra cup is not a DDD. I spent about $200 and took them with me on vacation.
I had to wear them as they were the only ones I took.

The bra is not sized properly, and the cups do not fit my breasts. The cups are too big, and the bra stands away from me.
Then the underwire has given me red bumps and a painful rash under my breasts. The band size is not accurate.
This issue has caused me problems in wearing any bra. I wear a 42 DDD and cannot go without a bra.

This bra that I purchased does not stay down but keeps sliding up the sides and back and I have to keep pulling it down. The cups being lightly padded (which I hate having them protrude) sometimes wrinkle. I dislike the whole bra and wish you would bring back the old front closure with unlined cups.
Whoever is assigned to respond did not read my inquiry and responded with a generic answer unrelated to my inquiry. Very sad.

Check out will not accept my expiration date on my credit card
- - Spent time online choosing $230 worth of items; checkout showed expiration issue I believed was correct, and CS was rude, so I stopped the order.
I spent a lot of time deciding on my items to order on line. (230.00 worth) At check out a recurring message said my expiration date was not correct.
It was! I called CS. The rep wanted me to repeat the whole order and personal info. I decide not to continue.
It was extremely rude and unprofessional for him to describe me as a pissed consumer. The service was very poor and he was insistent I was making the mistake.

Order discrepancy
I ordered from an email I received but never received any confirmation! However, Bali was quick to put through the charge on my credit card.
When I called “pissed off customer service “ and asked if my order went through the person said there was no record of me or of an order. I immediately contacted my credit card company to start a dispute with the Bali charge of $61.26!
Purchase made, purchase charged, but no conformation and no record of purchase being made! How do you charge someone for a purchase, yet deny a purchase was made?

- - Bought two Bali bras at Meijer about two months ago; after washing, cups distorted and band stretched, and Bali denied refund without a receipt.
I contacted the company about their bras, and they did nothing about it? They do stand behind their merchandise

Cups are distorted and do not fit and the band is all stretched out. Called Bali for a refund, could not get one because i did not have a receipt. How stupid is that.

Bras (padded) smell horrible after being washed. Why does this happen?
Include washing instructions that would counteract this odor. I have 3 bras that cant be worn again because of the smell.
