- - A crypto wallet was provided for trading and removed.
No accountability. (Deflected, Denied, Ignored) and engaged in character assassination.
They will threaten you on their platform.

I was given a wallet (because I traded crypto).
The wallet was removed (without explanation). I strongly believe this is due to the active social credit integration into many digital and online marketplaces (that enforce digital ID).

Issue unresolved
- - I was told to download the Bakkt app to receive $100.
- - No guidance on the two amounts or card type, and I was locked out awaiting funds.
A friend sent $100. In the email I received I was instructed to download the Bakkt app to receive the $100.
After downloading the app, I attempted to connect my card so I could transfer from the Bakkt app to my debit card. Nowhere did it say anything about the 2 amounts that were asked to be entered in order to complete the connecting of accounts, nor did it specify type of card required. The result of not being properly educated on this app caused me to be locked out of the Bakkt account. Therefore, never actually receiving sent money.
I have sent pictures of my license front and back and a picture of myself holding them.
Today I was asked for a bank statement. Yet no questions have actually been answered and no problems resolved. This is an unnecessary, ridiculous inconvenience.
And all could have been avoided if clear instructions were provided.
I was locked out of account and told to contact support. It has been almost 7 days and I am still being asked for documents instead of being sent a phone number to call or an alternative option to claim funds.
