Receiving frozen pies when I had a party and I was not expecting to receive frozen pies for my guests to eat. This was unacceptable.

Please reach out to me. I am still a little upset over this. I dont care if grub hub refunded my money its the matter that when you order pies you expect them ready to eat not frozen. I cannot ask my guests to stay thirty or an hour more just to have a piece of pie that we have wanted to try for months.

I expect some ju.

Of gift card for the future to order pies ahead of times so when I have another party my guests may taste these pies. I called Famous Daves and they told me to reach out to your company regarding this.

Thank you!

User's recommendation: I would not order from this place if you don’t want frozen pies to serve to your friends.
