SUSPENSION ARM COMP, LOWER (INCLUDES 3-3.4)
I have been requested for the last 7 months for the following parts: BR150 SUSPENSION ARM COMP, LOWER (INCLUDES 3-3.4 I don't have any answer from no dealers for this part, thats mean that Baja Motors Sport Continued the sale of this Go-Carts without any replacements parts for BR150, if there any at your warehouse that can solve my problem. I purchase this BR150 from PEP-Boy in San Juan P.R. 00956 at they don't have also any part available for this type of equipment. This complain will be sent to Federal Bussiness Buruew

my baja warrior and it went threw *** and back and is still here. red lined it until it would run like *** then let it cool and its brand new again, THIS BIKE IS A BEAST, nothing will hold up like this bike, had it for six years and NEVER, NEVER NEVER EVEER! CHANGED THE OIL. this is a bike that will hold up for a life time, i drown it with the hose to cool it down when its red hot, and the blocked still wont crack, drove it into a lake, fired up after 3 pulls after taking it out, only problem i had was the tires, they went bald pretty quick on the street, other than the tires everything is exactly as i bought it. i also have no governor and the air valve is all the way open. also i have no fuel filter gasket and ran dirt threw my tank and it was fine, put an entire bottle of 25 gallon fuel injector cleaner in it and melted the muffler almost all the way off. SO I DONT WANT TO HEAR YOUR *** COMPLAINTS, THE BAJA WARRIOR IS THE MOST RELIABLE BIKE EVER, SO IF IT BROKE THEN YOUR A RETARD AND DIDNT DO SOMETHING RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BAJA 200 RECALL
This model was not actually recalled but Baja motorsports sent out a "repair"kit.The problem with this is that they offered you two options to fix the bike.A do it yourself method or find a qualified service center for the baja line of products.GOOD LUCK!!!! This was a very serious problem in that the machine would catch on fire,as in a fire rite under where you sit.Luckily i am a graduate of MMI in Phoenix so i approached the repair myself.WOW it was a really dangerous situation they had used the wrong type of gas line and the fuel plus the routing of the line next to the engine had caused the line to become very brittle and crack.Lucky i caught it in time, but how many bikes are out there that have not had the correct maintainance performed to them STAY AWAY FROM THESE BIKES ALTOGETHER AND YEA YOU GUESSED IT THEY ARE MANUFAFTURED IN CHINA?

Baja 70 dr parts?????
My son has a Baja 70dr purchased in 2007 runs great however we needed to order the counter shaft assembly and Baja discontinued this part, I contacted them and they directed me to another place to obtain the part I needed, received the part and of course it was not the right part and. Now I have to ship it back and pay a restocking fee, all I needed was one of the gears for the counter shaft and now I have $160. Dollars in parts and and close to $200. In labor and still have a dirt bike that my son can't use. At this point I would not recommend purchasing any Baja products. I would appreciate it if Baja would do anything possible to get me the parts I need even if they have to get the parts from the recalled dr 70, I'm pissed

Baja motor sports lack of caring and dangerous products
PURCHASED 2 DOODLE BUG DB30 DIRTBIKES FROM SEARS (BAJA PRODUCTS) FOR OUR GRANDCHILDREN. PUT DIRT BIKE TOGETHER AND WHEN STARTED IF FOR THEM DIRTBIKE RACED OUT OF CONTROL - TOOK OFF ON ITS OWN - I WAS HOLDING ON WITH ONE HAND AND COULDN'T CONTROL IT - HAD I LET GO THE THING WOULD HAVE CRASHED INTO KIDS. WE CALLED BAJA CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY BASICALLY TOLD US WE'D PAY FOR THEIR FAULTY PRODUCT -- WHICH COULD HAVE KILLED SOMEONE ESPECIALLY A CHILD -- THIS IS A BRAND NEW CYCLE THAT HAS NEVER BEEN RIDEN AND PROBABLY WON'T EVER BE RIDEN - KIDS WERE SCARED OF IT AFTER IT SPUN OUT OF CONTROL. WOULD LIKE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THIS COMPANY SO THAT I CAN GIVE HIM A PIECE OF THIS - RIPP OFF

BAJA MOTORSPORTS COMPLETE RIP OFF
I bought my son a Baja Viper mini dirt bike Dec 2011 for Christmas. He has ridden the bike maybe 10 times since he got hit because it has been in the shop twice. The clutch slips and makes a horrible grinding noise, the carb has been replaced and the chain keeps falling off. Now I can't get them to take calls or respond to e mails........ I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE WASTE THEIR MONEY. OBVIOUSLY BAJA IS MORE CONCERNED WITH PROFITS THAN THEY ARE TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS RIGHT. WHAT A SHAME FOR THE KIDS THAT RECEIVED THESE POS BIKES AND GO KARTS AND THE PARENTS THAT WORKED HARD TO PAY FOR THEM!

DONT BUY IT!!!!
We purchased a Doodle Bug 30 from a local retailer in Nov 2010 as a xmas present for sons. By March 2011 (3months later) it wouldn't stay running, bogging, stalling.....ect Baja will do nothing because its "out of warranty". They are putting merchandise out there for kids to enjoy and only stand behind it for 90days!! NICE! What a joke, I would like to drive this thing up their *** but it wont stay running long enough! Terrible company, horrible customer service any company that doesnt stand by what they make sucks! This is what I get for buying foreign ***.

I bought two Doodle bugs for my children in December of 2010 and had immediate problems with them right out of the box. The clutches were sticking open while the bike was idling and would start to move and fall over and turn off. The bike has serious safety issues because my son was sitting on the bike while it was warming up and the clutch stuck open with him on it and took off full speed and he crashed! The company sent me four clutches over six months. Company told me no refund and buy my own parts. Pieces of ***!

I was put on hold 1st time 37 minutes and the 2nd time for 23 minutes. the 1st mini bike (196cc baja warrior ) the motor mount engine plate broke in less then 2 weeks.So I go to Tractor supply and they kindly replaced the 196cc baja mini bike. Six weeks later the other 196cc baja warrior mini bike took a big ***. My 13 year old son was riding a trail and the engine froze up. He then had to push it back to camp about 1 mile away. From this day on, I his father,will not have another piece of baja *** in my yard. Not even if it was free.

Baja bikes,junk waste of money
I wish I read the article before I bought a Baja bike. 100% all true. First bike worked for 3 days.Driven maybe 10 miles by my daughter.Took it back and was given another piece of garbage. It has never worked. It has been in for warranty repair for 3 months.Mechanic said parts on back order. Today he tells me parts discontinued and the bike is out of warranty anyway. Told me the company will do nothing and all I own is a bag of bolts.2 bikes 10 miles. Garbage,garbage,garbage. Never ever ever buy one.

I purchased a red Doodle Bug Mini bike for my daughter for her birthday in April of 2011. I had to exchange it 3 times and go to different stores. I even tried an exchange of one that was reconditioned and scored a 5-star from Sears Service repair facillity, where K-mart sends out their repairs. K-Mart is where we bought the bike. That bike was another failure from the beginning. I don't get it. I had a Rutman mini bike when I was a kid and never had a problem. Drove it for years. It went through lots dirt, big hills, drove w/passengers, etc. Too bad Baha can't be the same. Finally we exchanged for one completely unassembled in the box and never been touched. I had my own mechanic assemble it for me. success at last, at least I thoutht. Now it's been almost 5 months and here we go again. Same old ----!! We were out of town and she didn't even drive it for a month. The last time riding it kept stalling even after warming up a long time. Now it won't even start. I've had 3 different bike shops tell me they won't even sell Baha products anymore because of all the returns and problems. $400.00 worth of *** junk, a sad girl and a p----d off mom. I highly DO NOT suggest you deal w/this co.

Could'nt get me a starter relay
I ordered a starter relay on 3/22/11 from Baja motor sports and they still don't have stock on 7/15/11. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The rep told me the wait on hold was so long cause of people like me complaining,ten to fifteen minutes on hold is common, Ha they are *** If you order parts they answer right away bacause they want to *** out of your money as soon as possible, but just to check on why the order is so late forget it. Finally I ordered from Baja Parts online.com,not associated with motor sports. Ordered on Monday part received on Thursday. Baja Motorsports, *** off and go out of business already, you suck a**!!!!

Baja Motorsports DN-250
I bought a Baja DN 250 go kart and the first ride I took on it I had to return it because the transfer case had *** where a rod had come out of it. They didn't give me my money back so they gave me another one and this one sucks too. I've spent so much money keeping it running it's not funny. I replaced the fan,two batteries,three tires, a rim and now the water cooling container. all this in two freking years its the worst purchase I have ever made. You would think i ride this *** thing every day but i use it once in while like holidays, most of the time is under a tarp. All I can say is baja motorsport suck the big one.

Customer Service Parts
I just got off the phone with Baja Sports Customer Service, Parts Department. I need a chain for a DB 30. The parst person said, they would not have any chains in until the end of August. I wonder how they are able to stay open with this kind of service. I would like to see some Comsumer Protectioin laws in place to protect us from companies like Baja Sports. I will do every thing in my power to to get the word out to comsumers, DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM BAJA SPORTS. I want buy any produts from BAja Sports

Bought my son a DB 70 on March 25th, five days later the bolt holding engine fell out and motor dropped several inches. It broke the plug wire and the CDI box, it took two days to get a representative to tell me where to take for repairs. Then on June 9th (yes 2 months). I was finally told it was done, apparently they had been sent the wrong parts 3 times. Then the repair shop tried to charge me $123.00 for "Cleaning" carburetor. Apparently sitting in their shop for two months caused it to gum up!!!!!! Please do not buy one of these pieces of #######
