My Moen spout was not working

I contacted Moen company and the operator answered after a long wait that I should find model number under the locked down handle,of course the hools I had did not allow me to unscrew the locked handle so I could locate the model number so I called Bain Magique the installed in St. Laurent Montreal and Charren answered immediately and promised to checked in their stock room called me back with pleasure and found the required part and promised Ryan would deliver the part to our house.This is wonderful customer service as I know as I worked in Tech. service for 32 yrs.
