- - Owner claimed Covid required payment; didn't show in court.
Not resolved , he was a no show for court . Failed to meet a payment review . I’ll be hiring a collection and asking for a copious .

3 panels were put up , 5 weeks later 4 more . Rest of the job being and materials are a mystery.
