I’m out $1200.00
I ordered a chandelier and it came broken due to poor packaging. The company told me a replacement was on the way, but now they say Ive been blocked from their website and will not refund me or send a replacement.

I have filed complaints for false advertising with BBB, FTC and Attorney General of CA. I would never have purchased from this company if they had not confirmed verbally and advertised their "free return policy". I want to be reimbursed for my full return plus the return shipping.
Company advertises free returns and hassle free, 100% satisfaction guarantee. This is posted and highlighted on home page, on every item page, they confirmed verbally before my purchase and in Google listings.
They refuse to pay return shipping and also complained about returning the items, 2 pillows with trim coming loose. Scammers with complaints on BBB and E-Bay for unethical practices.
Had to pay $22.18 to return 2 pillow covers bc they insist using oversized original box. These people are not honest.

Preferred solution: Full refund for returned mdse $37.31 and reimbursement for Fed Ex return of $22.18. $59.49 refund
