If I could give a zero I would. I was treated so unbelieveably disrespectfully when trying to help my son out with a $500 bail. I was called dumb (because I didn't understand the process), interrupted several times and talked over when expressing frustrations and trying to understand why I was told by the jail that no one ever showed up even though my credit card was charged immediatly, and lastly, even threatened! "I know the judge and I am going to make a call to black ball your son and have his bond increased from the $500." This 'gentleman' proudly exclaims he is an 'officer of the court', however he CLEARLY hates his job and does not know how to deal with the public. PLEASE go elsewhere if you value your loved ones and respect yourself. This company was a complete waste of time and they clearly do not understand customer service, let alone common decency. I don't know that everyone at the company is like this, but my experience was ablsolutely horrific dealing with this particular 'officer of the court' who willingly took my money, but would not give me his name when asked. Very shady dealings. While I am not blaming Bail Bonds USA for the trouble my son has gotten himself into, I am completely flabergasted at the treatment I received as a consumer and paying customer, along with the disgusting threats I received to hinder my sons fair treatment. This 'officer of the court' did tell me that he would be refunding my entire $800 and he hoped to never hear from me again, while hanging up on me, however I am still filing a BBB complaint as well as a complaint with the Attorney General's office due to his discrimination against my son for questioning him (how dare I question where my money went as a consumer!) and trying to understand what happened, but also for threatening to hinder my sons civil liberties. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and ethically immoral against his code of conduct as a so called officer of the court. I hope that whoever reads this from the corporation itself will track down exactly who this individual I had to deal with was and take corrective action accordingly as they see fit. User's recommendation: Not recommended at all.
