I just wanted to express my disappointment in the treatment and lack of service we have received concerning this warranty cancellation. As you can see we have tried through Taylor and Gene to resolve this since June.

Its now late October and promise after promise to resolve this has been broken. I don’t think I have ever been treated as poorly and disrespectfully by a company in my life. If you don’t want people to cancel a policy don’t give them the option! I will make sure that the word gets as high as it can in your corporate structure to make sure that they know how little care you have for your customers.

I will also be contacting an attorney and the media to share the shameful way that our rights to cancel a policy have been violated. It sickens me an employee would knowingly deceive us by offering 4 dollars extra a month for a warranty and then back end the cost of 2,950 dollar warranty into the contract. Then you read policy and you still have a hundred dollar deductible and they give you used parts. Is it any wonder we wanted to cancel it.
