Awful product and HORRIBLE return policy - Liars!!
- - The Coastal 40L Tote is flimsy and won't stand up as shown.
- - Returns require photos and no pre-printed return labels, delaying approval.
Ordered the Coastal 40L Tote for $49.99 + tax & $8 non-refundable shipping. The bag is a flimsy piece of crap.
Does not stand up like in photos. They do not have pre-printed return shipping labels and required PHOTOS before they would authorize a return. Slowed the process down by 2 days even though I emailed the day of the receipt.
Cost me $17.24 in return shipping, + $8 = $25.24, half the price of the bag! NEVER AGAIN.
