I have been looking on the website for the last week. There was a book bag and lunch tote my daughter wanted.
The items were not on sale when I first started looking. However, there was a sale with 40 percent off everything on July 15th and 16th. I went to get the bookbag and lunch tote and they were not on the site. It shiwed a picture of it, but when you clicked on it information stated it was noy available.
I went back to the site today July 17th and the items are now back, but not on sale. Very disappointed in my daughter's favorite store.

For the second time i order and never received anything when i call they tell me the mail person has marked it as unknown adress. I always order online and use same address. I get my stuff within the time they tell me but with guess notjing makes it my house

Purchased a Terminal 1 Checked luggage and after one domestic trip plastic feet fell off revealing the pointed ends of screws. After a second domestic trip two more plastic feet fell off.
We asked for a refund from Mark & Graham but because the piece was "monogrammed" with 3 plastic laminated letters (could be easily peeled off) they would only give a merchant credit. Purchased the luggage for an upcoming trip to Australia and need the refund to buy a piece of luggage that will actually hold up not a gift card to buy more garbage.

I ordered a suitcase, paid $40 for expedited shipping, and now Customer Service is telling me they will not ship until two days AFTER the Estimated Delivery Date. They will not cancel my order or issue a refund/credit.
What a lousy experience. I won’t even have the suitcase in time for my trip.
Guess - Bag began to peel off

I bought a bag for my wife dated in February 2019 as a anniversary gift, and after only four months the bag began to peel off as per the attached photos, We returned to the store with the reset and the seller told us that he will send an email to the factory, after one week he told us by phone that we cannot change the bag and he will try to fix it, We refused this way and need to take the correct way to solve our complaint.

My daughter bought a Gucci backpack, it is ripped and smells like it was in the trunk of a car for years. We asked for a refund and they told us to pound sand. The Gucci bag is a total piece of *** and Mercari will do nothing so go *** them!
Relic Brand - Disintegration

I took my white relic handbag out to use while on vacation for three days and little by little the handbag kept disintegrating. The top coat just keeps peeling away from the lining. I really liked this bag but am not happy as well as being embarrassed.
