My husband and I took a photo of the famous Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach on a recent trip to Oregon, and we loved it so much, decided we wanted to make it an oversized canvas print to hang in our bedroom.
I went to other sites to design the canvas, and none allowed us to custom design the size. Or if they did, the pricing was outrageous.
And if the pricing of the canvas wasn't outrageous, the shipping price was!
Then we saw Bags of Love online and decided to give it a shot. We were a little skeptical due to the pricing of the whole thing, but figured, "hey, if it turns out to be a scam, we're only out $150... which is not terrible in the scheme of things."
We ordered it on Monday night. We soon discovered it was being delivered to our home in Georgia...
from Heathrow Airport! We figured it might take quite awhile to receive it... nope! Tons of notifications from DHL...
by Friday, it was hanging in our home.
So how is the quality? It looks amazing! We were concerned the quality of the photo might not look good when blown up into a 28 x 60 inch canvas, but it actually looks great! I'm not a photographer so from my untrained eye, I think it looks really good!

Serious Breaches of data protection and copyright
- I received another customer's order with their personal images; 2 of my printed artworks were sent to another customer without permission or payment.
I received another customers order with their personal images which felt very awkward and breaches data protection.
The company sent out my order for 2 printed artworks to another customer which they could not trace. So basically they sent 2 of my artworks to one of their customers without my permission or payment to me.
Preferred solution: Apology

Hi I am very very upset. When I did order my items you were misleading because your website was saying that once ordered it would have been delivered in 2 -3 working days.
Then after ordered - I have received an eimail saying that it would have been dispatched after few days and after that it would take from 2-3 to 15 working days. THIS IS NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTED. YOUR WEBSITE IS MISLEADING. I need to get my order delivered by FRIDAY 15 JULY otherwise I want to be refunded.
