I placed an order with Baggallini 10 days ago, which was shipped via DHL with a transfer to USPS for delivery. I called today because DHL tracking information showed that the item was shipped and arrived 4 days later to DHL in NJ at 1:15AM.

At 7:45AM that same day, it was transferred to USPS for delivery to the final destination zip code. 3 days later, USPS claimed they had not received the package from DHL. Bear in mind, the NJ DHL destination is only 1 hour and 27 minutes away from my zip code. I pointed out to customer service that it took 4 days to get from California to NJ, and it was already 3 days and 12 hours since DHL in NJ had transferred it to USPS for delivery, and was told that I had to wait another 3 days before they would consider it an issue because both DHL and USPS do not work on weekends, which I know not to be true.

When I stated that waiting more than 6 days to get from NJ to SW CT was unreasonable since I could walk there and back home and stop for lunch in less than a day, I was told they couldn't address the issue before then and that I needed to be patient. I then mentioned my credit card was charged at the time of order for both the item and shipping charges, and I have been more than patient getting the runaround since then. I frequently order from Germany & Italy, and even going through customs I receive items quicker than a 2-week turnaround.

Baggallini is a more expensive company to begin with, and they seem to have little concern for the fact that their customers could easily go elsewhere for similar products where the customer service is superior. This is my first time ordering from this company and will surely be my last.

Rude "owner"

My daughter and her boyfriend were at the Mall Of America today (August 7th 2024) at 2:30 and they were looking for a specific bag style when they came across baggalini and decided to look in there. When they walked into the store, it was completely fine and they found the style they were looking for.

My daughters boyfriend started looking closer at the bags when the worker there approached them and asked if they needed help with anything. My daughters boyfriend replied with "oh we are just looking at bags like these." The lady followed up with "For you?" In a disbelief tone towards my daughter boyfriend (they were looking at those bags for him) and continued by saying "this is a lady's store, theres a travel store down stairs. Youll leave thru these doors, take a left and go down the escalators." In a rude, *** and unacceptable tone; sending them out of the store. Like an hour after, i went back with my daughter and talked to her about it and brought up how she sounded rude and she completely denied being rude and asked me in a *** tone "were you here?" and was very condescending.

I asked her for corporates number and was gonna asked for her name but then she cut me off by saying "we are not a corporate." I never got her name. She continuously said "he didnt look interested in the bag so i told him there was a guy store downstairs and was sending him where there were more bags." And i replied with "you dont know that, he was actually looking at the bags." But when she approached my daughter and her boyfriend, she never said "theres a guy store", she just said "this is a lady's store" and then game them directions out when they were still looking.

The way she spoke to my daughter and her boyfriend, i question if she was homophobic because she sent them out to another store without inquiring on the bag and trying to make a sale since there are gender neutral styles and colors in the store. I did ask her if she was and she got defensive ( a simple question because she sent the two out the door) saying she wasnt, that she sells pride bags(which is a corporate franchise discision) and sells bags to guys and gays all the time, and has a transgender individual working for her (which companys can not discriminate based on gender and sexual orientation or the potential employee can and will sue) she is a bad representation of the company.

Purse defect

I have had your purses before and loved them and thats why Im writing to you to let you know how frustrating this is and think you should know about it. I was given this backpack purse as a gift and loved it.

Ive had it for a little while now but for the last couple of months the clips at end of straps on both sides become disconnected from the bottom of purse. I can push them back to where they should be and it will last a couple of minutes but it constantly comes apart and it is really annoying when I try to put it on my back where I like it.

One time it fell to the ground and I had a little miniature in my purse that was broken. I just thought you should know and hopefully correct the problem before it happens again.

Fraying straps on a bag that's less than six months old

no, i am waiting to hear from the retail people. the person i talked to said she could not help me as i did not buy the bag on line. so far, i haven't heard from someone who supposedly can either replace the bag, fix it or send me money.
