Purse defect
I have had your purses before and loved them and thats why Im writing to you to let you know how frustrating this is and think you should know about it. I was given this backpack purse as a gift and loved it.
Ive had it for a little while now but for the last couple of months the clips at end of straps on both sides become disconnected from the bottom of purse. I can push them back to where they should be and it will last a couple of minutes but it constantly comes apart and it is really annoying when I try to put it on my back where I like it.
One time it fell to the ground and I had a little miniature in my purse that was broken. I just thought you should know and hopefully correct the problem before it happens again.
Preferred solution: A new purse that works?? This was a gift from a friend- I did not purchase

Purses on sale and briefcase says but they didn't have the innerpouch of purse
Preferred solution: Bags that clip on the inner purses three of them I bought didn’t have bags out of the four that I bought on sale there. At the store Pharmasave in Victoria BC

Fraying straps on a bag that's less than six months old
no, i am waiting to hear from the retail people. the person i talked to said she could not help me as i did not buy the bag on line. so far, i haven't heard from someone who supposedly can either replace the bag, fix it or send me money.
