The food was cold and undercooked. It was not what i asked for

My breakfast sandwich was cold and potatoes were undercooked. I specified on the order for milk and sugar in my coffee. I jusr received a black coffee.. my order 10.90 that i paid for with two jobs.. i dont have luxury to give money away for food that i requested and it was disgusting. I am really upset about all this. This is not fair. Thank you MADELINE

User's recommendation: Not to order from them service is unacceptable. We are going through covid no safety regulations followed.
