Customer service
I received a response today after reaching out again on 2/19. They insisted they wish to resolve my issue but after submitting another requested document, I haven't received any more information.
Not certain if and when they will redpond. It took my persistence to receive this response after not hearing from them in over a week.
I ordered two Sherpa fleece, one rain racket and one pair of socks. I received two large fleece, 1 pair of socks as ordered.
Instead of the jacket I received a medium fleece. I sent photos as they requested and haven't heard from them in a week. I have requested return labels as they are basically insinuating I am lying and no one is responding.
This company is horrible regarding customer service. No one answers their phone and they don't return messages.
