Shipping issues/subscription cancel issues
I ordered dog food on November 29 2025 and my Visa card was charged on that date .I was given a Dec. 6 2025 delivery date.
I rec'd an email Dec 1 that the order had been shipped, with a "tracking number". I checked on Dec. 6 it said "out for delivery". It never came that day, or the next 2 days.
I finally called Badlands shipping and they said, whoops, your order never shipped. I've just checked Reddit and the BBB. Apparently many others have had similar shipping issues with Badlands. I went to cancel my subscriptions, under "manage subscriptions" there is NO choice to cancel, only to delay a shipment.
I don't know if these shipping issues and cancel subscription are gross incompetence or if the company relies on a percentage of people giving up or not knowing how to fight back. I certainly hope that Katherine Heigl is not using her TV celebrity and heart-tugging commercials to lure unsuspecting people to purchase a product that never arrives.

I had not received my order yet, and I could not find information on tracking it. The lady that I spoke with was super helpful, and extremely polite and nice!
She sent me the tracking information, and said to give it a couple of more days as it was supposed to take seven Business days.
So, very satisfied. Just waiting to see if the order does come.

Faulty account setup and Mistake in my order.
I was unable to complete my account...it would not let me set up a password despite trying at least 15 times using the instructions given to me.
When making a call I discovered that the first order I received was short one 24oz bag of Superfood Complete at about $32..

Our dog died yesterday morning
Honey Cup had not been sick. Just all of a sudden she started throwing up blood.
She just had her senior check up the first week of November and all her blood work and everything was good. The only medication she had been taking was her heart worm, flea and tick medication. We rushed her to Emergency Hospital.
Fur Babies are just like humans. One minute they are fine and the next minute they are with God.
