Packed brand- new suitcase and started rolling it when I noticed problem with wheel. Completely collapsed from inside. Never attached properly.

User's recommendation: Check luggage as soon as you get it.

Their customer service is the worst service Ive ever encountered. Ive sent countless emails, called their number countless times to which people would answer and just hang up. I had one response to my emails that they would send me replacements gems which is ridiculous because I wouldnt be able to fix the show even if they sent me gem! The prongs are broken and I want a refund!
