Trying to get help with broken luggage that has never been used
Packed brand- new suitcase and started rolling it when I noticed problem with wheel. Completely collapsed from inside. Never attached properly.

Defective luggage
The number doesnt work for customer service email doesnt work no way to use my warranty this is unprofessional. Paid a lot of money for this suitcase set to break on first use

Ordered a dress and got 15% off but didnt fit so I ordered a 12 but they werent able to take 15 % off unless they receive the first one back. I needed to order new size because theres only one left.

Their customer service is the worst service Ive ever encountered. Ive sent countless emails, called their number countless times to which people would answer and just hang up.
I had one response to my emails that they would send me replacements gems which is ridiculous because I wouldnt be able to fix the show even if they sent me gem! The prongs are broken and I want a refund!
