I purchased a dress on February 14, 2025 (Order #661***-*), but unfortunately, it doesnt fit me and needs to be returned. I followed the return link on the Bradley M.
website, but it indicates that the item is Final Sale.
However, there was no indication at the time of purchase that this item was a Final Sale. Could you please confirm if there are any options available for a return or exchange?

the wand curler, crimp iron and curling wand wont heat up!! i recently bought this item like 2 weeks ago and now it wont work.
it doesnt heat up it just stays on 95 like wtf?! i threw the box out because i didnt think i would have to keep it. this sucks and i want my money back. i didnt even buy it off the website i got it from a store.
now what am u going to use to do my hair? bc this wasnt cheap at all.

Ordered a dress and got 15% off but didnt fit so I ordered a 12 but they werent able to take 15 % off unless they receive the first one back. I needed to order new size because theres only one left.

Their customer service is the worst service Ive ever encountered. Ive sent countless emails, called their number countless times to which people would answer and just hang up.
I had one response to my emails that they would send me replacements gems which is ridiculous because I wouldnt be able to fix the show even if they sent me gem! The prongs are broken and I want a refund!
Question on final sale
Yes they sent me a damaged dress and made me pay for its return. Completely unacceptable. I want the fee returned to me.
