Broken mower, pitiful warranty department
Broken belt after broken belt. No help from bad boy.
Just a money pit, bought a maverick for 9 grand new and cant mow grass if if belts break.
Do yourself a favor, save your frustration and purchase a hustler. Thats probably where I am headed

One of my spindles have went out on my bad boy. And I just bought it in the middle of May of 2023.
The spindles is one underneath the left side cover is wobbling and my brother thinks he thinks the bearing has worn out or the spindle one and I'm taking it to a to z lawn mower repair and they're going to check it out and call y'all for the parts that they need to fix it because it's still under warranty

One of my spindles has gone out under the left hand cover I think the bearings are wore out and the spindle is wobbling causing it to throw my dried belt

Still missing service manual
Call the dealership call bad boys itself about Man you all that was supposed to come with The lawn mower period 2 months later. Still waiting to hear back from anybody.
Talk with Bruce at the dealership In burn, New York and still have not received to adjust the deck when the intervals of oil changes. Nothing. I have a Honda Motor on it. Which they're trying to tell me.
Is such a new option that they don't even have a manual out yet. Sounds like b s to me.

My brother passed away recently and I bought his bad boy mower, for legalities I need it transferred in to my name because my ex stole it when he left so all I have is a bill of sale from what I purchased from my niece at his estate sale.

I have called repeatedly the number you gave me fir Barry Edwards gotten voicemail with a full mailbox!!This has gone on for days!!
I want to get some answers as i paid over 3000 for a mower that has s dead engine.

Having trouble with vendor who i purchased my mower from its brand new!
I had the power grass catcher installed on my mower and the belt keeps coming off. Also one of the wheels on the mowing deck was rubbing against the front tire so to fix that they put a smaller wheel on the mowing deck which is not right!
I am pretty sure the mowing deck is not lined up correctly.
I having been waiting two weeks now for them to pick it up and fix it. Paying $7,000 this should not be happening!
Preferred solution: Fix it and fix it right immediately!

Not a good experience with bad boy equipment.
We bought a bad boy mower, last year. The electric clutch fell off in less than 10 hours of operation.
The dealer replaces the clutch. Then the left hydraulic pump or wheel motor seal blows in under 150 hours. Still under warranty. Take mower to the dealer.
Mower sits, untouched, for almost 3 weeks. Finally get a demo,as a loaner. Use the demo for 2 hours. The demo's right front wheels bearing goes bad.
Yep. It's TRUE.
Mow with an attitude. Use bad boy products, you will have one..
