Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally realized the product was missing parts and then said they have nothing to replace it with. That is when they sent me a shipping label and it was back to them in 2 days and my refund is back in my account.Thank you for your helpJonia Johnson

They are investigating, in other wise I am lying to them! Look at the pictures of what we received and what we got. If we got what we wanted it would not fit in the box we got!

We order a Hayward ProSeries sand filter the price was $719.00. The description said it had a 6 position Hayward Vari-Flo control value with easy to use lever actions handle lets you dial any of the value/filter functions.

When the part came that was not attached and when I contacted them they informed me they had to investigate. I watched the UPS man take it off the truck. Then opened it up and this is what we received.The picture is what we got.

The next picture is what we should have received. I guess we need to get an attorney.

To Anyone thinking of purchasing ANY item from this business Beware. I ordered a Hayward w3h150fdn natural gas heater via Amazon for the cost of $1999 using my Amazon Prime with FREE SHIPPING

I Received a shipping confirmation from Amazon.via email another email to follow on exect date due to the value of the item a signature will be needed.

Approximately 3 days later I received a cancelation on my order from Backyard &Pool Superstore.

The reason was NON PAYMENT for freight. I called Amazon they tried several times to resolve the issue but this so called Business would not budge.

Lastly I was told by this business they would re-order the heater BUT the price is now $2199. Amazon asked this 3rd party vendor to honor the original price from 3 days prior Amazon could not resolve this issue due to the fact Backyard &Pool Superstore is a 3rd party vendor.

One would say what kind of business is this.

PLEASE BE GUIDED ACCORDINGLY doing any kind of business with this so called company

Package shipped in spite of cancellation, cancelled on Friday, shipping slip printed Monday. They said it was on an unknown truck and could not retrieve it.

Returned product to Texas with their shipping label till no reply or credit return.

Box was received in a taped up, previously opened box. Could not know if it was or not, so that was the one I returned.

Discover card also looking into this charge.

3. I RETURNED THIS ORDER TO THE DALAS WAREHOUSE WITH THE UPS GROUND SLIP I RECEIVVED FROM YOU.

4. I SHIPPED THE PRODUCT AS IS, BECAUSE THAT WAS HOW I RECEIVED IT. IT HAD BEEN OPENED BEFORE I RECEIVED IT AND I WAS NOT SHURE IF IT WAS GOOD AND I WAS UNSURE IF I WANTED TO USE IT.

6. YOU SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE POOL PUMP BACK AND RETURNED THE MONEY.

SO FAR NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. DON'T SEND PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED AS NEW.

Tried calling about an order not received, no one answers, instead a recorded message says to submit all questions thru the eBay website

I have submitted the questions twice, the first time 5 days ago. Recorded message says they will respond within 24 hrs.

We purchased a pool pump from eBay store, it was sent out quickly however, we have questions about it before we send it back because it is not the right size fittings and no one is responding to the Ebay email to this company and there is no response in the chat on their website or the phone number listed.

I sent my dolphin pool cleaner back. On May 5th and still have not received my refund.

When I called the store in TX the clerk says they did not receive anything, and they don't mail their products. But I have the proof of delivery.

Because this company advertised the lowest price I could find on the internet, I Ordered a Hayward pool cleaner. I called the seller repeatedly right after I placed the order to ask questions about the pool cleaner as their description was very poor.

I wanted to know if it had the small *** orr large bump tires. I called time after time. They Just hang up and disconnects. Obviously they don't want to talk to you.

The cleaner was never received as it was rerouted back to them. Now they want a restocking fee for an item I never received They ant to charge me for an item What a poor way to do business. CAVEAT EMPTOR. I'm also getting *** from VISA.

I used to use AMEX.

Amex is much more customer friendly. Oh well...

The "About Us" page claims they believe in customer service. They must mean they believe it exists somewhere, just not at their company.

I ordered a part from their website. As there is no part number on my defunct part, I relied on their website for identification purposes.The picture and description matched the part I needed exactly. The part I received had the same part number I ordered but was very different to the image associated with that part on their site. After contacting a representative via online chat regarding a refund of part cost and shipping charges I was told "no", but I could email the company regarding my request.

After about a week with no reply I sent a 2nd email which started numerous exchanges about the issue on their site with another representative who refused to work with me at all. He just kept referring to their return policy which made me liable for all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, refusing to acknowledge their site's misrepresentation of the part was the cause of the issue. Instead, he stated that images are only representations of the product and may not match. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.

Bottom line: Customers have no way of knowing exactly what product they're ordering as the website advertises inaccurate part images.

If you order and need to return, you pay delivery and return shipping, restocking, and had better hope you didn't take the part out of the package if you expect a refund. Horrible company.
