I ordered a tarantula that was supposed to be a 2-inch purple pink toe tarantula. When it arrived, it was already one day late.
I opened the box in front of the FedEx driver and it was a small amount of dirt and an extremely tiny spider who was shriveled and dried up and looked like a raisin. The FedEx driver even stated it was dead. This was animal neglect, cruelty, false advertisement, fraudulent and shady business. The business number is always full and not accepting voicemails.
The email they say you can reach them at says 'error not valid' upon sending. We have video footage of the entire ordeal when the package arrived and the dead spider etc. They denied a refund or replacement spider. So we got scammed out of $115.
This was supposed to be our new addition to the family and a Father's Day gift. Extremely HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE!!!

They didn’t update there website I purchased 2 leopard tortoises and they don’t have any so I’m looking for a refund
I pd for 2 leopard tortoises which said they were again line and found out you didn't have any so I would like a refund there phone number mailbox is full and there is no way if conyactibg them from email which I feel like they take there time just looking for a refund

I have question about a savanna monitor I can't order it till the 20th of September unless I can pay with check by phone pleas call or email me back soon so I can find out what I can do I have no debit card till then if you don't do check by phone can you hold one for me tried calling for 7 days no one answered and mailbox is full

How are they going to offer overnight but not say anything about their schedule and them being closed saturday and sunday? Beyond pissed that i paid 50 for overnight and still have to wait 4 days. Great way to run a business.
