I ordered a drape for my daughters graduation pictures in July 2021. When I made the order I called to find out if the order would be received in time for her pictures. I was informed that it would not so I canceled my order. Backdrop still sent that my order after the fact weeks later. I made 7 emails for my refund and sent a receipt from the PO showing the tracking Info merchandise. I was told if it was returned I would get a full refund. To date I have not received anything.

I ordered #456758 a drape for my daughters July 2021 graduation pictures. When I realized that the order would not be able to be for filled and sent out in time I called to cancel the order. Backdrop went and completed the order weeks later anyway knowing it will not be on time for pictures. I have called numerous times and sent emails (7/18,8/12,29,30,9/13,2110/2) in regards to this issue. I also sent them the tracking number of the merchandise being returned. I was told that if the merchandise was returned I would receive a full refund to my original payment. To date I have not received anything. I am shock on now Backdrop do business and would not recommend this site to anyone. I have no use for anything other products on your site. Please refund me my money.

Yes there is still an issue. I have been communicating with back drop via email for several months. I ordered a drape for my daughters graduation picture which was not able to be sent out on time. I email backdrop the very next way before the oder was sent out and requested that the order be canceled. It was never cancelled and In turn the company wants to give me a credit. After more emails they said if they received the merchandise back the would issue me a full return. I sent the tracking number of the merchandise sent back and to date I have not received my full refund to it original form of payment. I am not I understanding why the company has not been able to resolve this issue after several months later. Pissed customer Michelle Harrison 347-723-****

I need a refund on my previous order
Good Morning, My name is Dana Gibson and order number is 451115. Their was suppose to be a picture on the backdrop and its not. I sent several emails with my number and the photo that was suppose to be on the backdrop. No response and I also sent several emails when I found out my order was shipped and no response. I have also sent several emails once I received the backdrop and no photo was included and I still havent received a response or a call back. I would like to receive a refund because to me this is poor customer service because no one never responds or calls so that means you dont care about your customer.

I ordered a Christmas gift from this company on December 4th. They took my order , billed my credit card and didnt send it. When I reached out to them they didnt respond. After several more tries they finally responded. Two days before Christmas they told me it was out of stock and it was going to take weeks to get it back in stock. They could have told me on December 4 they didnt have it and I couldve went elsewhere. Now its too late to get it by Christmas. It is a lousy way to do business, it is unprofessional. All they wanted to do was ring their cash register and they didnt care how long the customers have to wait for the product.

During the Holiday season I ordered some backdrops and some accessories for my camera. The first problem I had was with my my backdrop I ordered it was the wrong one and when I called the 1-800 number and the person on the phone gave me her email address because she wanted me to take some pictures to prove that it was the wrong one. I did that as soon and I got off the phone and it took over a month of me emailing and calling to get a response from the company. Today called the 1-800 number again because I have been waiting on my two orders and I got a response saying that there was never any invoice showing of my order. I have the confirmation email and telling what I ordered so I emailed them to the lady. I am so sick and tired of this company. To all photographers out there don't order from this company. They lose your order and they send you the wrong stuff. When you call them out of it they do not respond to you. You have to threaten them by saying I am going to be telling all my photographer friends and tell them not to order from you any more to get a response from them. If you order from them beware and do not delete your email conformation telling you what you ordered because they lose everything and do not care about it
