Didn't receive my order
My package was delivered to the wrong address. A picture was sent to my email in the delivery confirmation of the address it was delivered to.
The address is 6128 N 11th St phila Pa 19141 It should have been delivered to 6118 N 11th St which is my shipping address and the address on my order. My order# B430618**** my Tracking# 710324****04 Kindly look into this matter promptly as I am looking forward to receiving my order

I ordered a pair of comfycush toddler black/white vans, and what I received is not the same pair that was pictured on my order. I need to exchange and receive the correct pair that actually looks like the photo I ordered.

Shipping complaint
When your products get transferred from UPS to the United States Postal Service invariably they get delayed in old amount of time if they ever arrive at all this is a repeat event. Are you able to two items same day one came UPS I believe within three days its now been two weeks and I still dont have the second item and they keep saying maybe in the next seven days
Thats really disheartening and I would not use them and I recommend your company all the time but United States Postal Service is horrible.
In fact I even talk to management office how great you people are with all aspects of ordering and delivering and now for the second time Ive had a package screwed up because of United States Postal Service please do not use them

How do you specifically asked that when you ship you do not use the United States Postal Service is they lose so many packages in this area and I ordered two items at the same time and one came via UPS shortly after being ordered and the second one more than a week later still hasnt arrived and UPS has no idea where it is

My Order Hadn’t Been Delivered
My order took really long to get delivered but eventually I got it :). Im guessing there was a delay with shipping.
Delivery question
My email said delivery was changed to Nov 19th. But when I called, your CS Rep said it was delivered today at 7:30 this morning.
Im a happy customer.
Outstanding customer service when I called to place an order because the web site was going into loops.
Brook R was most pleasant, apologetic, and fun to chat with as she and I finally found the Patagonia fleece sweater that I had placed into my cart, but then the gremlins did tricks on the web site and wouldn't let me complete it to pay. I had had a rough time with a yearbook deadline for the past four hours, and she was very willing to take the stress out of my body and get the correct order on its way. One happy camper here!
