I ordered over the computer. My total was $38.28.
My husband went to the restaurant to pick up our order and the restaurant was closed with a note on the door that said sorry for the inconvenience but we are closed.
The money was still taken out of my account and I want my money back. I dont understand how anyone can just close out a ticket after not getting that persons order to them.

I bought a combo and another sandwich on 10/15/22. The tomatoes were not fresh, and the meat on the sandwich didn't taste done all the way.
I called Backyard Burgers in Little Rock, AR on 10/17/22. The manager told me, that it was not her problem since she was not on duty at that time. The manager was very rude. This Backyard Burgers usually have good fresh food.
I thought that by me coming when the restaurant 1St opened the food would have been fresh, however I was really disappointed. In the food quality.

Terrible service and rude workers
Went to BYB Cleveland MS. CAN NEVER SEEM TO GET EVERYTHING IN THE BAG AFTER YOU WAIT ALMOST 10 minutes for $6 chili cheese fries.
I love the food. I HATE THE SERVICE AND WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER GO BACK WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN SHE SAOD THEY WERE CALLING THE POLICE BECAUSE I SAID THANK YOU SO *** MUCH.

I went to the Flowood, MS location. I ordered, and while waiting at the drive thru window. The young lady at the drive thru window was rude and very disrespectful to customers.

I pick up burgers at least once a weak from the Backyard Bur
Tonight i went to the Backyard Burgers in Flowood, MS on lakeland dr. I had trouble getting the order taker to understand me, but told her that i did not believe i could handle listening to the speaker all night.
Then the manager of the store broke in and told me to come to the window. She preceded to accuse me of "snapping " on the order taker and continued to chew me out. I will assure you of two things 1. That decidedly did not snap on anybody.

2. You will never get anymore of my business at this location.
Stop supporting *** companies like BYB.
Jacked up my order, like they have for so many others. Double bacon cheeseburger loaded, minus mayo.
Comes out with no bacon and no cheese and LOTS of mayo. WTF, really?!? Rude *** at the window should not only be fired, but shot. Slow, contemptuous and full of 'I don't give a ***.' What are the managers at places like this responsible for?
Besides numbers, I mean. Do they have any interest in how *** their employees are? Are they at all concerned that their place of business fails at the most basic concepts of BEING a restaurant? The only way this will change is to stop supporting them.
When their numbers implode, maybe they'll start paying attention to what they're doing. I'll go first: *** BYB and every other fast food *** I'm out.
Back Yard Burgers - Sanitary Conditions Review from Ridgeland, Mississippi
Visited a Backyard Burger in Greenwood, Ms on today, Sunday September 18, 2016 and was told that my family and other customers could not be served because they ran out of gloves to prepare the food. Supposedly, one of the other workers left the store to borrow gloves from another restaurant.
After waiting for about 15 minutes, we left. There was also water leaking from the ceiling onto the floor where customers give orders and there was no sign posted. My husband had to put a sign there to prevent any slips from customers who might come in and not look down at the puddle of water in the floor. The tables were sticky and flies were everywhere.
We left and will not ever come back to this location. This was a horrible experience.
Disapointed in quality
went to Madison MS backyard burger last night,6-8-16,you would expect a quality meal 2 burgers,fries,drink,1 cobbler, for 24.00.thats bumping on burger prices at chillies , not burgers regular fast food *** at burger king.
my wife's order perfect, we ordered different things. my waffle fries cold, my burger charred on bottem, my un-sweet tea, un drinkable, tasted like it had been out for 2 days, black berry cobbler so dry I could not eat it,now I eat out everyday unfourtnetly, so im used to eating ***, I guess I was wrong for considering back yard burger to be on a higher tier for quality

I have been earning at this Trinity location in Cordova, TN for years; have been a regular.
Today I ordered a combo and a single burger. The total came to FIFTEEN DOLLARS! For that kind of money I can go to a sit down place like Red Robin, pay less and get endless fries to boot!
There are 4 burger places within walking distance of this store and took my money there today and from now on.
The beef is Angus and the food is good but the prices are outrageous

Rude cashier at Backyard Burger on West St., Germantown, TN
Normally I really enjoy going to this location with my elderly father. The food is pretty decent for fast food.
I also really love the salads and blackened chicken sandwich. Usually the staff is quite nice with the exception of one older woman who works the cash register. I've noticed she was a little arrogant in the past but never made much of a note. This same older woman took my order was beyond rude and condescending today.
I had a coupon for a free sandwich and just said I wanted two combos. Instead of saying "you realize this is only for a free sandwich and not a combo" to make sure we're on the same page, she acted beyond rude. She decided to get out a pen and point at the coupon while rudely stating "you need to pay attention this is for a free sandwich." My elderly father looked shocked as she was trying to chastise me in front of other customers. She talked down to me like I was a *** child when all I said was "two blackened chicken combos".
I wasn't even done giving my order before her self righteous indignation set in.
Her tone of voice, words and mannerism were off putting. Yes lady I know what the coupon said. I'm a grown woman who can read.
I told her that I wanted fries and a drink since I was basically getting two combos with just one of the sandwiches deducted from the cost. How hard was that for HER to understand? Her attitude was not warranted. I was nothing but polite to her as I have been in the past to everyone.
I love this location but I won't be back. If she talks to other people like she spoke to me, others will take their business elsewhere too. You just don't chastise a customer because you assume they have no idea what the coupon states.
Her blatant arrogance and lack of communication skills lost this location two of it's most loyal customers. Bravo lady!

No lady, it is you who is arrogant. You ordered combos and expected them to deduct the price of one of the sandwiches from the cost.
That isn't the way it works. When you have a coupon for a free sandwich you order a separate sandwich, not part of a combo. I feel sorry for your elderly father having to witness you trying to pull a fast on the store.
it doesn't matter that other customers witnessed it, the cashier had to explain to you how the coupon worked being you apparently weren't intelligent enough to figure it out on your own.
Just shut up already! It's no different from me having a shake substituted for a coke at McDonalds.
This lady has every right to be pissed. The old bat cashier was probably to ignorant to understand how to make this deduction from the register. So she became rude.
The customer is always first and always right!
