I bought a combo and another sandwich on 10/15/22. The tomatoes were not fresh, and the meat on the sandwich didn't taste done all the way. I called Backyard Burgers in Little Rock, AR on 10/17/22. The manager told me, that it was not her problem since she was not on duty at that time. The manager was very rude. This Backyard Burgers usually have good fresh food. I thought that by me coming when the restaurant 1St opened the food would have been fresh, however I was really disappointed. In the food quality.

Terrible service and rude workers
Went to BYB Cleveland MS. CAN NEVER SEEM TO GET EVERYTHING IN THE BAG AFTER YOU WAIT ALMOST 10 minutes for $6 chili cheese fries. I love the food. I HATE THE SERVICE AND WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER GO BACK WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN SHE SAOD THEY WERE CALLING THE POLICE BECAUSE I SAID THANK YOU SO *** MUCH.
