Poor Service and Zero Effort
I used this company for 5 years and I wound up with a rat infestation in my crawl space. Back Bay never informed me of the condition, probably due to the fact that they never checked the traps they set.
Attached are the pictures of the condition of my crawl space after having a technician service my property three times in a month and a half. I never received an apology. Excuses only. Indicative of the owners character.
He did, however, begrudgingly provide his CGL insurance policy so that I dont have to eat the $20K-$30K restoration after vermin chewed into my HVAC duct.
None of this is embellished whatsoever. See attached.
