No product delivered and no repsonse from the company
- Ordered 2 talking maggies on June 6.
- Still not received; no response from company.
- They want a refund and an answer from the company.
The company has sent me 4 emails, stating that my order was being shipped. I told them I just want my money back and I can purchase the talking Maggie's from another company. It's been almost 2 months and still no answer to this issue.
ordered 2 talking maggies for the granddaughters on June 6th, still have not recieved them and I get no response from the company, emailed, called, nothing has happened. I would like my money returned as our 1 granddaughter has moved out of state.

I have ordered the hamster 11/23/20. Still have not received it, can't talk to no one, the guy emailing me can't even make sentences with his words. IT IS A SCAM..., damn shame to scam people over a present for a baby.

I ordered two toy talking stuffed hamsters as advertised on Facebook, company (Baby Times Originals)for my two grandchildren and have emailed them 4 times, there was no order number or tracking information given to me or to the recipient and have been emailing back and forth inquiring about my purchase with no luck, which was my son and daughter-in-law's address. They have sent me response only after I had to get aggressive with them and only after I sent them three emails.
They took my money but no details of the status or tracking number of this product, "Talking Hamsters".
I either want the products sent to my son's address or a refund.
This ad is advertising on Facebook, Baby Times Originals.
