Apology, empty promises, no product-3 monthslater

after at least 9 e-mails, 2 apologies and 2 promises of re-shipment, I'm still waiting for furniture ordered in Nov '07. I thought it would be perfect for my bathroom. After waiting for plumbers, electricians and vendors, the project I started before Halloween came to an abrupt halt with the discovery of a cherry armoire rather than the white, which was confirmed by the online shipment; white, graco christon armoire, item355-****. I've now been thru family get togethers for Thansgiving and Christmas '07 and a 90th birthday party in Feb for my mother in law and bathroom still has my linens, towels, personal products etc; in boxes on the floor.
