This company treats their contractors like ***
- - Delivery canceled by customer, but the order remains in progress after payment due to poor communication between BabyQuip, customers, and providers.
This company trees, their quality providers a.k.a. independent contractors like *** I just drove all the way to Manhattan an hour and a half away from my house for a delivery that the customer wanted canceled.
However, BabyQuip has already paid me and the order still shows as in progress not canceled so there is poor communication between BabyQuip and their customers and their quality providers. If I could give zero stars I would they need to get their *** together because Ive got three kids and just had to take a 1 Hour Drive for no reason.
User's recommendation: Don’t use BabyQuip because they don’t know what they’re doing. There’s always a glitch or some BS on their end.

WORSE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THEY CANCEL ON YOU LAST MINUTE AND SAY ITS BECAUSE CAR BROKE DOWN!!! UNACCEPTABLE FROM A COMPANY WHOSE BEEN ON SHARK TANK.
