I have been trying to reach customer service for weeks on an order place April 21-23 phone numbers that don't work what gives ive tried either dont work or no answers and of course

Bad customer service website has incorrect information on contact number or numbers you have to jump through hoops and no response

User's recommendation: Bad service no contact or responses its terrible don't waste your time of Money.

Didn't receive a item

Didnt receive and item and its hard to get in contact with anyone but when its time to pay for items there are no problems your get your money so I dont think its fair when there a problem we have a hard time trying to contact your the numbers are not working and when u email your it takes a while to respond I just need someone to contact me about my item its paid for RobiToy Sing and Play it was not in the shipment my number (201) 936-****

Service interruption

I cannot use the app , I pay for it , but it behaves as though I should sign up and pay again for the app. Can some one call me so I can explain it further.
