Baby Phat

Its been about a month since i placed my order and still havent received a confirmation number or email. Where is my order?

One of the items from my package is missing. Theres no one to contact about my issue.

I am highly disappointed. I will never order from Baby Phat again.

I ordered back in July this is September I've reached out to them on more than 20 occasions, and they have yet to send my order or refund me my money I've emailed, and they still haven't responded lack of professionalism and customer service and the products are made poorly don't waste your money on this company,

I placed and order in mid-December from the re-launched Baby Phat collection. The coat I bought was cute, but I got sent a cheap plastic makeup bag instead of a glass bottle lip gloss.

I tried to contact customer service on 12/20/20 and still have not heard back as of 1/12/21.

Ive tried emailing three different places, Instagram, and Facebook and have heard nothing. The website says to expect a response in 24-48 hours, but I think they mean weeks.

I bought two Phat Tommy Sunbrella Chaise Cushions SKU: 999-**** Model: 452 Cushion Chaise Dove. I would like two more in the darker gray.

Do you have and can you give me the dimensions of the ones I bought.

I need the same dimensions. Thanks.

My baby phat boot are crumbling on the bottoms iv on had a yr or 2 and didnt get to wear them one winter due to tbem being boxed up from moving iv only worn then 2 -3 mth out of that time this is rediculous i love baby phat and aint pleased

Bought daughter a pair of tennis shoes for school august 2016 now october 2016 the soles are coming off half way down the shoe.

It is falling apart!! WTF?

will never buy this brand again, I bought this really nice purse with gold and leather and its worthless. i kept it in a bag and took very good care of it and now the leather is peeling! WHY? Do you consider this to be an acceptable product?

Wow I will never buy this product again and I will make dam sure ALL my friends see this worthless product........better products at Target or walmart at least their products last!! okay one hundred words......product sucks..took my hard earned money and wasted it on garbage!!

O.k. I went on Baby Phat .com the offical website!

There I noticed a great deal, I could get A pair of baby Phat sandals, a charm bracelett and also a Baby phat beach towell for the price of like 29.00 so I figured I get BOTH my daughters a "set" I ordered the shoes and they came within like 3 days but no towells, I learned that I had to return an order slip for the shoes, so I immediately filled them out and sent them out the same day. I've tried mumerous appemts to get the towells, one being the last attempy with a "gentleman" named Alexxis who told me I would have to RETURN the shoes in order to recieve the towells, why? I dont know he has our PAID invoice#5506**** but still insists that I return the shoes also, which I refuse to do as BOTH of my children a BABy Phat fanatics and my oldes is also called "lil Baby Phat" or "lil Kimora" because of her love and respect for Kimmora! I cant send the shoe's back as she has her 8th grade semi formal coming up and plans to dress in head to toe in baby phat that includes mani and pedi-cures!

So please please do something about this we've already paid for the items in full and no where on the site does it say we have to return the shoes to get the towell just the order form for it. any help you can give to us at this time would so sppreicated!

Also I'd like to mention my daughter will be recieving 2 adwards at the dance one for getting a college schlorship BEFORE she even enter HS and also for most stylish...thanks in part to Ms. Simmons and her awesome taste and approiate lessons in ways YOUNG girls these age should be dressing!
