I got a vtech baby monitor less then a year ago and the parent station isn’t probably holding onto the charging part of the charger. It has to be held in place in order for it to charge.

We have the Lorex wl2401 and within the year the monitor wouldn't hold a charge. Customer service is a joke.
I have tried numerous times to get answers whether through their website ticketing system or simply over the phone. Completely ignored.
They absolutely don't care. I make sure to let expectant friends and family know to avoid Lorex.

I bought their baby monitor system two years ago for $130. Issue with battery expanding so they are doing refunds.
Hardest refund ever. Customer service can't help because they don't know anything about the recall. They have to send you a refund packet. Can't send anything via email and I send them the product.
NO one knows whats going on. Pretty bad when you have a whole department just for recalls... are all your products really that bad????????????
The first packet they sent I lost the paperwork and they are making me wait another 5-6 business days for a new one to ship. They don't link those request to names or anything and can't send a simple email or anything.
