Baby jogger is a disgrace

I have a baby jogger city select I purchased in 2016. A few weeks ago while on a walk with my dating

12 month old the stroller frame broke at a welded point.

She could have been injured.

I rely on my stroller with 5 young children, 2 of which use the stroller.

The frame is under life time warranty. But they wouldn't send a replacement, they require I send it in. With no vehicle how do I get around with 5 kids without my stroller? It is zip tied together right now as I have no other means of transportation.

No accommodation offered to help me. I asked for a repair technician to be sent to me, which I thought of after reading a Google review where a customer was offered this service, but was denied.

The owner of the distribution company in Canada hung up the phone on me as he didn't want to continue "talking in circles."

I'm disgusted. What a terrible situation. I bought a baby jogger stroller but live in Canada and must deal with Brands in Motion.

I didn't but a Brands in Motion stroller. Baby jogger could care less about my situation.

I spent $1000 plus on this to be left stranded now.

Words cannot express my anger.

What if my daughter got hurt?

Brands in Motion: Short changed by Canadian Distributor in Mississauga

My wife called the company, sent a video of the product defect, a baby car seat of all things!!!

They told her to buy another, it ended up being in worse condition, even more defective.

When confronted, they send we should send the product back at out own shipping cost!

First of all, why would any responsible company send a defective baby car seat.

Second, if a product is defective, the company with a dedicated service team, upon realizing that the product is in fact defective, offer to replace it or refund. Why are we paying for the shipping?

Why is m wife, 2 weeks away from giving birth out there shipping this back!

Third, why were we forced to buy another if it is not clear whether the product is actually defective.

The sales representative kept that part vague. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT A POTENTIAL LIFE OR DEATH SITUATION!!!

Preferred solution: A working replacement for a product we have paid for twice over already would be a fair resolution I believe, I think I am being very reasonable.
